Raffle Draw Terms & Condition
How is it going to work?
To participate in the Finsmart Accounting Raffle and be eligible for the prize, you must fulfill the following requirements:
You must give correct work email address.
The Raffle drawing winner, at the sole discretion of the Finsmart Accounting , will receive a Apple Ipad Air (the “Prize”).
For the avoidance of doubt, all the participants will be randomly selected by Finsmart Accounting, on 24th July 2024 at the Bridging The Gap 24 conferenence at end of the Gala Dinner, and will receive the Prize (the “Winner”).
Participants in the Raffle are subject to the following terms and conditions:
- The Winners will be annoucned at the BTG 24 Gala Dinner on 24th July 2024.
- Only one entry is allowed per participant.
- Participant has to be physically present at the venue BTG24 Gala Dinner on 24th July 2024.
- By participating in the Raffle, the participants recognize that we may publish his or her full name and image, in the event he or she wins, for the sake of transparency and/or audit review.
- The Raffle is subject to termination at any time at our sole discretion without notice, either in whole or in part, or to modify it in its course.
- Any misuse or abuse, or suspected fraudulent activity related to the Raffle, might result in the withdrawal or denial of the Prize.
- The participant shall indemnify Finsmart Accounting in case of any third-party claims of any kind whatsoever resulting from any unlawful actions that the participant has made.
- By participating in the Raffle, the participant grants his or her consent to store, process, and use the information provided, for Finsmart Accounting’s internal purposes. We will not transfer the participant’s information to any third party except with the participant’s express consent, or for the purpose of sending the Prize.
- By participating in the Raffle, the participant releases Finsmart Accounting from any liability.
- The Winner agree to provide their personal details for the purpose of receiving the Prize from us.
- By participating in the Raffle, the participant grants their consent for Finsmart Accounting to store, process, and use the provided information for marketing promotional content and communication purposes.
